| Libby and Paul Carr
are married, have four grown children, seven grandchildren
(and counting), and have lived and worked in the Alki Beach
area of West Seattle for some years.
Prior to
that, Paul was in the real estate field in South King County
for 30 years as a Broker-Owner of a successful real estate
agency. In addition to being a Designated Broker, he
owned a real estate school and, with his brokerage partner,
Ruth Mackie, a property management firm in addition to the
agency.
Libby Carr
has been in financial services in the Seattle area for over
15 years, specializing in long term care, life insurance,
and annuities. She has maintained an excellent
reputation with her clients for sound, conservative,
financial planning and innovative strategies for income and
retirement needs. She has also worked in the
securities field.
Paul
joined Libby's practice this year, and brings his background
as a business person, as well as his auditing and analytical
expertise. Prior to real estate, Paul was Management
Auditor with the State of California.
Paul was
born in San Francisco, California, and grew up in Black
Diamond, Washington. Libby was born in Dexter,
Missouri, and grew up in Eugene, Oregon. They are
committed to the Alki Beach area, and were the Co-Chairs of
the Seattle Statue of
Liberty Plaza Project, which raised over $200,000 in
less than one year to finish to new plaza project.
Together,
Libby and Paul Carr have over 50 years of financial
experience. Most importantly, they have the same
philosophy; YOU are the client, and your needs come
first. This is why they maintain their independent
business, representing many lines of insurance, annuity,
long term care, disability, and other products, rather than
being "captive" agents of any one carrier. |
